Snorkelling & Diving The Great Barrier Reef: The Great
Barrier Reef is a protected marine park and is a World Heritage area. It is made up of nearly three thousand
individual reefs and islands from just north of Bundaberg to the
tip of Cape York Peninsula.
The warm waters of the Coral Sea offer some of the best diving
and snorkelling in the world, and the ribbon reefs off Port Douglas are easily accessed, and absolutely stunning! There is generally good visibility
which allows you a clear view of the many marine animals that
live among the coral reefs. You may expect to see giant
clams and small shells, starfish and sea cucumbers, anemones,
turtles, eels, rays and much more. Most of the trips, are for
the day, and normally meals are included.
World Heritage Rainforest: From Mossman Gorge to Cape Tribulation
you can experience the most unique rainforest
in the world. The cable ferry across the
Daintree River, provides access into the Daintree Rainforest. This is your first taste of this unique natural
and very ancient region. You are entering a rainforest that has
been in existence for more than 120 million years and contains
