Escape Villa No.1 offers a modern open planning kitchen & dining space that extends onto the outdoor entertaining patio overlooking the pool and native gardens.

Set in tranquil surrounds,the villa offers complete privacy. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, there are two to choose from on one block. For larger groups, there is the option to reserve both.

Villa 1 is positioned at the rear of the block allowing for a view over the native gardens. You enter into the open plan dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee machine. Screened doors lead out onto the decked pool surround with sun lounges, dining table and BBQ.

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor – one a Queen, the other allows for a Queen or 2 single bed option. A family bathroom with bath is shared between these two bedrooms. The laundry provides a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, the Master Suite is a tranquil space with its own outdoor balcony with seating. An ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and television complete the space

For the convenience of dining close by and avoiding the wheel, Swish Restaurant & Bar at the Rendezvous Reef Resort offers fabulous poolside dining from 5pm nightly and is located just opposite the Escape Villas. Alternatively, The Ramada Resort is just a few minutes’ walk from the Villas and they too have two bars and a fabulous restaurant available within a lovely tropical setting.

The Four Mile Shopping strip is close by, which includes an excellent gourmet Café – OTZ Foods, Bottle Shop, Ice-Creamery/DVD, Internet Café and Fish n’ Chips take away.
